Supply & Backorders.

Do you allow backorders for products that are out of stock?

Unless an item is out of stock, you can place a back order or repeat order. You can combine this in your order with items that are in stock. We have 95% of our running products in stock in our 12,000m² warehouse in Geel.

However, especially during peak periods in the year, it sometimes happens that a product is temporarily out of stock. Even for products that have just been launched for the new season, it is sometimes still a few weeks before they are actually in stock.

In that case, the product is marked as available for backorder and when we expect stock to be replenished.

If an order is split because not all items are available, what about delivery costs?

If you have to get your order in multiple deliveries because some of the products are out of stock, but the whole order does meet the minimum order value for free delivery (carriage paid), you will not lose your right to free delivery as long as we can/may deliver the shipment in up to 2 deliveries.

A product is "currently out of stock". When will the stock be replenished?

Temporarily out of stock

We stock 95% of our current products in our 12,000m² warehouse in Geel (Belgium). However, especially during peak periods in the year, it sometimes happens that a product, even if the product is not ‘end of series’, is temporarily out of stock.

In that case, the product will be marked that it is available for backorder and when we expect stock to be replenished. Please note that this date is an estimate and may be delayed due to circumstances.

Permanently out of stock

When a product is ‘end of life’, no new deliveries are imminent. In that case, this product will not be listed as being available for back orders and there is no ‘expected again’ date. If the stock of such an end-of-series item is low (less than 50 items), you will see ‘last pieces’ instead of ‘limited stock’ or ‘currently out of stock’.

Where can I find the stock status of a product?

You can find the stock status under the product information on each product list page and in every product detail page.
