Edge Chip Warranty .

COVERAGE PERIOD

The Edge Chip Warranty from Fine2Dine and BonBistro is valid for a period of 2 years from the invoice date of the original order, provided that the product is in use.

COVERED PRODUCTS

This warranty applies exclusively to the following collections and their corresponding products:

FINE2DINE COLLECTIONS: Atlas, Ceres, Escura, Nova, Oxido, Line, and Usko
BONBISTRO COLLECTIONS: Ovio, Azul, Astro, Linea, Nuance, Solis, and Solar

PRODUCTS (within the above collections): round/oval plates, round/oval bowls, round cups, and round saucers.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

This chip warranty applies only to professional users within the hospitality sector. It does not apply to household use or to products sold through retail.

The warranty covers only edge chipping. Other types of damage are excluded from coverage.
Damage to handles, cup ears, mugs, and jugs (such as chips, breakage, or cracks) is excluded from this warranty.

The warranty applies to products delivered within the original order and any additional orders, provided they fall under the same warranty conditions.

The products must have been used under normal conditions, including cooling, serving, cleaning, and safe storage. Use in an oven or under a grill is excluded.

Fine2Dine and BonBistro reserve the right to assess the validity of any warranty claim.
The warranty is only valid if the registration form has been completed fully and correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information will void the warranty.

REGISTRATION

The registration form must be submitted within 45 days of purchase, calculated from the invoice date of the original order.

CLAIMS

To submit a claim, you can contact info@finedl.eu, call +32 (0)14 24 29 04, or reach out via a sales representative.

All products included in a claim must be retained by the customer and, if requested, returned to Fine2Dine or its representative together with the relevant information.

The location where the damage occurred must be accessible for inspection. Claims are only valid if submitted by the original customer and relate to damage that occurred at the registered location.

The unique reference number must be included with every claim. This number is provided in the confirmation email after registration approval.

If the claim is accepted, Fine Dining & Living will provide a replacement product within 4 to 6 weeks. Shipping costs are covered by Fine Dining & Living.
