Can I return products?
There are cases where it is possible to return products, for example in case of quality problems or faulty delivery. Be sure to also consult our general terms and conditions.
What should I do if there are items broken or damaged?
If products have arrived damaged despite all the precautions we take in our warehouse, all you have to do is report it using the form on this page. Provided that providing visual material can prove the damage, we can issue you with a credit note for the damaged goods.
What can I do if there is an issue with my items?
If you experience a quality problem with one of our products, please report it via the form on this page. Alternatively, you can fill in the provided excel-file and send it to RMA@finedl.eu. We will then check whether your request meets the conditions for a return. We will then contact you as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

Alternatively, and this is required if you wish to report items from more than 5 different SKU numbers, you can also use an Excel form. You can then send this to us, along with images of any defects, to e-mail to rma@finedl.eu.
