On this page you will read the answer to following questions:

When and how should I pay?

For now, as before, you can only pay by invoice.

In addition, loyal customers usually have a line of credit that allows them to pay by invoice, which is issued when the goods are shipped. As long as your outstanding invoices, together with the value of the order you place online, do not exceed your credit line, you can pay by invoice. If you do exceed your credit line, our customer service department will contact you to make the necessary payments first in order to process your order.
Upon receipt of order confirmation: Do you not have a credit line with us? Then you can transfer the purchase amount of the order, based on the order confirmation you receive after placing your order. As soon as we receive this payment, your order will be prepared. You will receive your invoice via e-mail the moment your goods leave our warehouse.
During spring '25, it will additionally be possible to pay online immediately in the check-out. This way you can ensure that the payment does not delay the processing of your order. You can then pay for your order in the checkout via bancontact or credit card.

I see a different price after logging in. How is this possible?

If you are not already logged in, you will see the default suggested retail price of each item, including VAT. "SRP" stands for "Suggested Retail Price."

However, we have a pricing policy that allows each customer to be competitive within their market. When you log in, you will therefore see your personal price per item excluding VAT listed next to the standard recommended price including VAT.
Under certain conditions it is possible that another discount percentage may be applied to the entire order in the shopping basket.
