Fine2Dine enhances culinary total experience during the Culinary Innovators AwardsDuring the eighth edition of the Culinary Innovators Awards on May 12, 2025, organized by Gault&Millau, innovation was the focus of an evening of gastronomic refinement. Fine2Dine was proud to contribute as a partner to this unique experience, which took place in the artistic setting of the Verbeke Foundation in Kemzeke.
Table Experience: where taste and presentation come together
One of the highlights of the evening was the Table Experience, where top chefs Thierry Theys (Restaurant Nuance, Duffel) and Arabelle Meirlaen (Restaurant Arabelle Meirlaen, Marchin) brought their culinary vision to life. Their dishes were not only prepared with skill, but also presented on carefully chosen Fine2Dine dinnerware - a perfect harmony between taste, style and storytelling.
Thierry Theys chose the Calca collection.
Calca's soft white-gray tones and subtle texture provided the perfect canvas for the dish's vibrant pink - a combination that literally splashed off the plate.
Arabelle Meirlaen presented her dish on the Brass collection.
Brass's warm metallic sheen and hammered texture gave her dish an earthy, artisanal feel that perfectly matched her pure, natural cuisine.
